Family Owned, Community Built, & Commited to the Game

Developing skills, character, and a lifelong love for the game.

Our Philosophy

At Triple Crown Cages, our philosophy is centered on fostering a passion for baseball and softball in our community by providing a premier indoor training experience accessible to athletes of all ages and skill levels.

We are committed to offering a safe, state-of-the-art environment where players can train year-round, improve with purpose, and challenge themselves in meaningful ways. From beginners learning the fundamentals to advanced athletes pursuing higher levels of competition, our goal is to inspire growth through personalized coaching, modern training resources, and a supportive, team-first atmosphere.

We believe player development goes beyond mechanics. Sportsmanship, accountability, and love for the game are foundational to long-term success. At Triple Crown Cages, we focus on building a strong community of players, families, and teams who share a common pursuit of excellence, enjoyment, and continuous improvement.

Our Leaders:
A Family-Led Foundation Built on Accountability

Leadership at Triple Crown Cages provides the vision, structure, and accountability behind everything we do. As a family-owned and operated business, Triple Crown Cages is led by brothers Ryan and Austin Cappas, alongside their father Wayne Cappas. Our leadership team is personally invested in the athletes, families, and community we serve, with a hands-on approach rooted in long-term commitment to local baseball and softball development.

While our coaches deliver instruction on the field, leadership is responsible for setting standards, building sustainable programs, and ensuring every athlete trains in an environment designed for growth, consistency, and opportunity.

The Team

Triple Crown Cages is led by the Cappas family, with brothers Ryan and Austin overseeing day-to-day operations and athlete development, and their father Wayne providing leadership support and guidance. Their involvement extends beyond the facility walls, remaining closely connected to local leagues, families, and the broader baseball and softball community.
Together, the leadership team oversees facility operations, program design, coaching standards, and the long-term direction of both Triple Crown Cages and Triple Crown Premier.

Ryan Cappas developed his love for baseball early, playing through high school, umpiring by age 14, and joining his father as an assistant coach at 16. Ryan holds a degree in Business Administration with a focus in Finance and brings over eight years of experience in sales, business development, and go-to-market strategy. His professional background includes building and supporting growth initiatives, developing operational processes, and aligning strategy with execution across organizations.

At Triple Crown Cages, Ryan oversees all business operations, including facility and administrative management, partnerships, and organizational growth. His combination of financial discipline, operational leadership, and deep roots in the local baseball community helps ensure the organization remains accessible, sustainable, and community-driven while continuing to grow with purpose.

Commitment to Our Community

Triple Crown Cages was built with the local baseball and softball community at its core. As a family-owned and operated organization, our leadership team is personally invested in the athletes, families, and programs that make the game thrive in our area.

Our commitment extends beyond providing training space. We actively support local leagues, remain involved as coaches and board members, and work closely with families to create positive, accessible opportunities for players at every level. Leadership presence is not symbolic; it is
hands-on, consistent, and rooted in long-term relationships.

At Triple Crown Cages, our success is inseparable from the success of the community we serve. We believe that investing time, resources, and leadership into local baseball and softball programs strengthens not only individual athletes but the entire ecosystem around the game.
