Triple Crown PREMIER

A Development-First Academy-Style Program

Triple Crown Premier (TCP) is the competitive development program built within Triple Crown Cages.

It is designed for athletes who want structure, accountability, and a clear developmental path, not just weekend games.

TCP operates as an academy-style program that combines intentional training, team competition, and long-term athlete development. Every decision, from training structure to competition schedules, is made with growth, preparation, and readiness in mind.

Our Philosophy

Training Over Trophies

What Sets Triple Crown Premier Apart

TCP is not a short-term or seasonal experience. Athletes train year-round with a clear structure that supports skill development, physical growth, and competitive readiness over time.

All training is rooted in Triple Crown Cages, our premier indoor facility. This allows athletes to develop consistently regardless of season, weather, or schedule—keeping progress uninterrupted.

Games, tournaments, and leagues are selected to match each team’s developmental stage. Competition is purposeful, structured, and used as a teaching tool to reinforce preparation, roles, and accountability.

While athletes compete as teams, development is never one-size-fits-all. Players are challenged based on readiness, effort, and progression, ensuring individual growth while maintaining strong team standards.

Triple Crown Premier delivers a development-first, academy-style experience built on structure, accountability, and intentional competition. Athletes train year-round in an environment designed to prepare them for higher levels—through consistent coaching, purposeful reps, and standards that promote long-term growth.”

The TCP Standard

How We Train, Compete, and Develop

Triple Crown Premier athletes are developed within a culture built on:

  • Long-term development over short-term results
  • Mental strength, composure, and resilience
  • An attack mentality rooted in preparation and confidence
  • High standards for effort, discipline, and accountability
  • Coachability, professionalism, and respect

Athletes are taught to take ownership of their development and compete with integrity, on and off the field.
