At Triple Crown Cages, we view coaching as a mutual partnership. We provide coaches with the facility, resources, program structure, and support needed to succeed. In return, our coaches bring professionalism, consistency, baseball knowledge, and a genuine commitment to developing athletes.

As Triple Crown grows, we want our coaches to grow with us. Coaches who demonstrate strong instruction, reliability, leadership, and alignment with our values may earn opportunities for additional classes, private lessons, travel teams, program development, and leadership roles.

Our philosophy is simple: training over trophies. We care about competing, but long-term player development comes first. Our coaches teach the game, build confidence, reinforce accountability, and help athletes become better players and teammates.

Coaching Support and Collaboration

Coaches are not expected to operate on an island. You will have opportunities to collaborate with other trainers, share ideas, receive constructive feedback, and contribute to the continued development of our classes, teams, and instructional systems.

Opportunities to Expand Your Role

Coaches may begin with a focused schedule and expand their responsibilities based on experience, availability, performance, program needs, and feedback from athletes and families. Opportunities may include additional classes, team assignments, private instruction, clinics, program leadership, and other specialized roles.

Professional Training Environment

Work inside a 13,500-square-foot baseball and softball facility with eight training lanes, HitTrax, advanced pitching machines, video-analysis technology, and a dedicated strength-training area. Our environment lets coaches deliver structured, high-quality instruction year-round.

I would also consider changing the last heading from “Build Your Coaching Career” to “Create Your Path”. It feels less corporate and better accommodates experienced coaches who may not consider this their primary career.
